By creating an account or using Honeybun, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What Honeybun is

Honeybun helps you keep track of money you earn, spend, and save, on your own or with others. It's a tracking and planning tool. It isn't a bank, it doesn't move money, and it isn't financial, tax, or legal advice. Numbers like "debt-free by" dates and the 50/30/20 check are estimates based on what you enter.

Your account

• You need to be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• Give a real email address you can access, and keep your password private.
• You're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else got in.

Shared budgets

When you invite someone or join a budget, the people in it can see and change what's shared there. Only invite people you trust. Anyone with your invite code can join until you make a new one in Settings.

Your content

What you enter belongs to you. You give us permission to store and display it only so the app can work for you and the people you share a budget with. You can download or delete it anytime from Settings.

Fair use

Please don't misuse Honeybun: no trying to break into other accounts, overload the service, send spam through invites, or use it for anything illegal. We may suspend accounts that do.

Referral rewards

You can share your personal referral link. A friend counts when they are new to Honeybun, sign up with your link, confirm their email, log activity on at least 4 different days, and are still using Honeybun 7 days after signing up. Friends who don't qualify within 30 days of signing up don't count.

Friends must sign up on their own device. Accounts created on a device you use, and people who join your own budget, don't count. For every 10 friends who count, we'll email you a $10 gift card, usually within 5 business days. Rewards have no cash value beyond the gift card, can't be transferred, and are limited to one account per person.

We may withhold or cancel rewards for fake accounts, self-referrals, spam, or other abuse, and we may change or end the program at any time. Rewards already earned before a change will still be honored.

Availability

We work to keep Honeybun running smoothly, but it's provided "as is," and we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Keep your own records of anything important. We may change or add features over time.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Honeybun and its creator aren't responsible for indirect or unexpected losses, such as late fees or financial decisions based on the app's numbers.

Ending your account

You can delete your account anytime in Settings. We may close accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are meaningful, we'll update the date above and let you know in the app. Continuing to use Honeybun means you accept the new terms.
